Delivery
Because most of our jewellery is handcrafted to order, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. We will advise you of an expected delivery date by e-mail.
You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
a. The first confirms that your order was received and approved.
b. The second confirms the shipment.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Returns Policy
Joyera wants to ensure you are happy with your order.
We give a 14 day no quibble guarantee - If you receive a product that is different from the description given or if you are not happy with the product for any reason please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All we ask is that you return the item in the original packaging. Because we offer free postage, we have to deduct this from the refund as well as any merchant fees and other costs involved in the transaction. We cannot refund return postage. We would recommend that all returns be sent via recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible if an item does not reach us. Returned items should be returned to us at the address on the invoice.
*please not we cannot refund on pierced earrings.

Joyera knows that you care how information about you is used and shared; we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information.
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

Payment
All prices include UK TAX at 17.5%. We accept payment by most major credit / debit cards and cheques from banks domiciled in the UK. Please make cheques payable to Jane Knobbs. allowing 7 working days for clearing. Please send cheques to the address on the confirmation email.

Credit Card & Debit Card
a. Orders may be processed online using a credit or debit card (currently VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo). We aim to debit money from your account within one working day after receiving your Order.
b. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
c. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
d. All Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Security
Joyera online store is hosted by ekm on their secure servers. This gives you peace of mind when ordering goods from the site that your credit card details and any other information is totally safe. Ekm servers use 128-bit encryption which is the highest level of security available on any e-commerce site.

Jewellery Care
Most products are available in a variety of platings and colour combinations. All items described as silver are silver on pewter with either an antique or shiny finish. Items described as gold and rose gold are gold on pewter with an appropriate finish. Stones' shades of colour, and combinations, colours and sizes of beads may alter without preliminary notice. We will do our utmost to maintain the products appearance as displayed on the images. Joyera is meticulous about product quality and produces wares of only the highest standards. To uphold long-lasting perfection and beauty, Joyera highly recommends heeding the following instructions.

* Put jewellery on only after dressing and applying make up.
* Always store each piece of your jewellery separately to protect it from scratches and friction.
* Avoid wearing jewellery in situations that will encumber it with excessive strain, rubbing or tearing, for example, physical exercise, sleeping, etc.
* Beware of perfume, hairspray, perspiration, body lotion, salt or soapy water and otherwise chemically treated water as these can spoil the top layer (plating) of your jewellery and the stones contained.
* To ensure continued shine and luster, gently wipe the jewellery with a dry cotton cloth.
* Repairs will only be performed on jewellery that has been cared for in accordance with the aforementioned instructions.
