heart charm necklace with freshwater pearls or crystals

cultured fresh-water pearls or aurore crystals (size 8mm) together with a sliver heart charm suspended from a decorative hammered effect ring.  Strung on a medium link chain and front fastening with a T bar.  Length 42cm.
